There's a deal on wagjag today. A complete duct cleaning of your house, plus a full furnace inspection, from KW Duct Cleaning in Kitchener for only $139.
    Has anyone used their services?

I live in Guelph. Any good recommendation?

    Thanks!

I have. They are friendly. They attempted to up sell once here. I didn't have a good sense of what I paid for, what was included, what was not included.
    - vacuum all ducts
    - blow vents while vacuum is running

What they tried to sell me - once on-site
    - sanitization $68.99 + tax
    - furnace cleaning $179 + tax
    - if you go for the furnace cleaning the sanitization is included

    - I said no... because $200 extra spontaneously doesn't go well with my budget.

I would have appreciated the offers up front when I called the first time to book them.

Just be aware of the up selling and don't be suckered into buying something you do not need.

Duct cleaning is so important thing and in Toronto duct cleaning, there are several service provider claiming to be the best. I think think wisely and then call for duct cleaning.

We fell victim to their upselling techniques. We bought a filter for $100 saying that it was needed and worse yet, he didn't even do the duct cleaning becuase he said itw wasn't needed yet. Every time we call and ask him where the filter is, he gives us the runaround with a different excuse each time, running the deal until past its expiry date which was May 30th. So ultimately, he got our money for both a deal which he didn't provide, and the filter which hasn't arrived yet.

Avoid him like the plague, and don't make the same mistake we did.
