I have a question about beef. I never seem to buy a good cut for a roast. It's always dry. I think I've figured out it should be inside round and bone-in. Is that right? What is a good price? I have the same problem with steak. If you have an answer could you pm me in case I forget to check the link? Thank you

I will answer here and PM you, I buy both bone-in and boneless and don't really have a problem with it drying (in fact the cheap cuts of beef can be nice if cooked properly)
Don't cook it too high, I tend to cook mine in the oven with some oil and herbs, covered with a tent of foil at a fairly low heat (max 350) and then turn it up to brown at the end (check internal temp) and don't overcook, beef is great when pink so check it often
As far as steaks, heat the pan first and sear the steak, then turn it once only on each side (so a sear and a cook on each side) turning them too often releases the juices that keep them moist and tasting greatYou aren't earning $25+ every month using Swagbucks to search? Why Not?

Those are not the best prices just the usual sale price I would buy at if I needed it. I usually wait for a better sale
