$25 ConAgra Foods coupon booklet WUB $20 of participating products

I found this booklet yesterday in a Buy Low Foods store in Vancouver. The offer is:

-buy $20 worth of participating products
-submit one receipt (dated Oct.21 '11 - Nov.27 '11) and form
-submissions must be received by Dec.12 '11
-get $25 coupon booklet in 6 - 8 weeks

There was a mail-in form in the booklet and then I also found the same form on tear pads around the store (see bottom images). See fine print for details.

I just want to add that I found the booklets (with form inside) on a big stack out of Hunt's products, and I found the tear pad forms on free standing displays of Orville Redenbacher products. Also, note that they say the coupons you get will be $1 or $2 coupons.

I'm not familiar with the stores in Ontario. Maybe somebody else could say what stores there have typically had these kinds of offer forms. Just be on the alert this weekend and for the next couple of weeks or so.

This one is different! I have never seen a mail in "rebate" like this. I wonder if you can use coupons for the purchased items since it says "can't be combined with any other offer" If anyone has one to trade, I would love to have one
