Yes it went past Shopper's but just. We were in line but got there at 10:25am. We ended up being about 30 short of getting the GC. I thought we were too far back but decided to give it a go anyway. OH well. I should have lined up earlier. I just didn't think it would be that crazy!!! Went on to Toys'R'us after and got the free lego spiders for the kids. So not a total bust.

Congrats to those that did get one!!

Was that why there was a huge line up in Toy R us? I went to get a small mini tangled doll for my daughters birthday cake and holy smokes the line up at the customer service I never asked why its so long but I guess I get it now. Anyone else noticed how every single person in Toys R us is chewing gum and God forbid they knew how to chew a gum. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

LOL. About the chewing gum people. I don't like the chomping and snapping of gum either. And yes they would have been in line for the Spider. They do these every month or so. The kids have made some great Lego stuff.

...glad I decided not to go. My friend was odd and asked me if I was planning on going. And just due to work and spending time with my daughter, I chose not to... and also picturing what it would be like... so I shrugged it off as a no... then she says, "good, cuz I'm gonna take a friend with me".. she ended up with a $10 gift card. which is nice, free $10!! but she was pretty dissapointed... she wanted more for all that hoopla and waiting... and here I laugh at.. oh... $55 free money these gas cards are giving me. Ya just gotta know where to look, when to attack and when to run!

anywho, that was longer than I thought it would be.. I do that a lot!

I love the gas cards too. I used 3 at once at RCSS. It felt great. And the cashier was super nice about it. I even used debit after that to pay for the rest. By the time I am done I should get 40 cards or $200 worth!!!! I send to 4 houses. Use mine and my brothers' places. Doing them for both the cereal and the Nutrigrain bars. All of which we eat alot of.

^ Wow! That's crazy ina good way! I have yet to put any money into getting the cards, LOL! Recycle bins and my pantry have been wonderful to me. Just remember they will all expire March 31, 2012. That's a key factor, lol!
