Anyone else noticing a drop in mail?

I have received mail 3 times in more than 2 weeks - and not a lot of mail, 2 to 3 envelopes at most each time; I'm starting to think the mail carrier is only coming around when he feels like it.

If it keeps up, I'll be making a complaint because there is just no way that we don't have mail here at least every 2 days.

Maybe it is because of the break they got a day off during the week for christmas as well as a day off for new years???? maybe he took some time off and they just didn't replace him for the day?????

Not to make excuses for it I was just thinking.

Most days we don't even get a lousy pamphlet to prove the mail lady has been around...i don't think she likes me

Yes, we got no mail at home between xmas and new year at all, my neighbour didn't either because he asked if we had mistakenly been given his mail (which happens a lot with our carrier), yesterday there was junkmail but unaddressed so not sure if it was a junk delivery or came with mail

yes! It always arrives eventually though. Ever since the lockout, my mainland mail is often a week behind schedule. Island mail seems to be moving along very well though.

Other than flyers we haven't had more than 2 mail deliveries since Christmas time.

between christmas a new years we didn't even get junk mail! not one piece of paper in that entire week.. i thought that i ceased to exist! but then yesterday we got some stuff

same here...nothing much during holidays but yesterday i got loads of stuff! coupon train, coupons from SDM, amazon shipments..great mail day! not sure yet what today will bring...still waiting for the mail man!

My mail has been pretty sparse lately, too... most days I don't get anything. Yesterday was decent, there was at least more than just flyers. Looking forward to the mail picking up again...

Still have gotten every day mail which wasn't a holiday (or day in lieu of...).
I think generally things have slowed because there haven't been as many coupons/freebie offers lately.

Our mail slowed down a bit between Christmas and New Years, but we still got things. The most we go without receiving anything is 1 day a week, even with the holidays.
