I had no idea Costco was cheaper.. we usually just buy the Special Kitty stuff. Will have to look at Costco next time. It's about 1 hour away so only get there every 3 months or so, so might need to stock up.
Thanks a lot for the tips!
We have a few cats and anything cheap is good to know about!!I spent $300 on Christmas gifts online & it was ALL FREE!
This year I'm working on adding $300 in PayPal too!

Have you ever consider potty training them to use the toilet? You have to be really patient but it will save you tons of money on litter!

Someone posted this coupon from Petcetera in the coupon thread:
http://petcetera.ca/Petcetera/media/..._Feb7-11BW.jpg
So would that include the 9KG of Whiskas that I buy my cats? If it does, I'm not sure if that's a good price or not..I spent $300 on Christmas gifts online & it was ALL FREE!
This year I'm working on adding $300 in PayPal too!

I totally would do this if I had a second toilet! The video is interesting, I never thought of making my own toilet training kit. Thanks for posting it
I've thought about getting a training kit off Ebay. Only thing is I think it would be hard to share the toilet especially during training. I cannot imagine trying to wrangle with it during a middle-of-the-night tinkle!

It depends if they sell that brand and what they are selling it for, but I think worth checking out. It's good to know your prices before going there though; I have seen good deals at Petcetera as well as way overpriced stuff. When possible, check out Petsmart's website for prices, or check for a base price next time your at Walmart or RCSS. Knowing the average lowest normal price of your staple items will help you to know whenever a good sale comes along in the flyers

You're definitely right.. I think it's about $25 at Wal-Mart that we pay, so anything below that I guess would be good. Not sure, I haven't actually checked prices on the Whiskas at any other places, I should do that.
Thanks for the help, I think I'll check it out tomorrow!!!

Hi Everyone
Does anyone here feed their dog RAW? I am going to be taking the switch as soon as his last bag of kibble is gone. (I have worked it out to be cheaper depending on the meat I use) If you do feed RAW, where do you buy your meat for cheap?
Thanks!
