When I e-mailed them they said they were sending me a complimentary voucher for their products..I haven't received it yet, but I only e-mailed them last week (Friday they were returned the e-mail). I will let you know when it comes if I get an FPC from them or not

Thanks for the post. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and the operator said I could order it once a month. I received my package within 7 days and it was awesome. The free product I got with my coupon was the bedtime set with the lotion, shampoo, basket etc. It was 19.99 in stores.

I tried using mine at walmart last week and they wouldn't accept it.

I used all the coupons I received at Wal Mart. Even the free gift pack!

i just got another one, on the FPC's , my second one, used my first one for the johnssons bath time basket, gonna go to walmart and try to use it for the bed time basket! lets see if itll work!

Guess wat,i called J&J today for the mnthly coupons and they ofered me another parents pack + coupons... Gotto wait and watch wat comes in.

I didn't need to call I just e-mailed them. They said they were sending the parents pack. So thats awesome! Because I sure do hate talking on the phone.

Thanks, I just called and asked for mine. When it comes I will post again and say what was in it. One thing that stood out to me was the customer service rep who answerd my call was really nice and helpful! It's really nice to receive good customer service these days
