i got this email too.. i hate the stupid survey that you have to fill out.. wish they had n/a answers for some of the questions.. if i say that i didn't have any side effects from using the product (which, incidentally, i haven't used - isn't that the point of the free trial?), then why do i have to answer how long those side effects lasted? really, put some thought into it, neilmed! but thanks for posting Bob

I don't think the survey is optional...I tried that first and it kept insisting I answer all questions, which I couldn't because I haven't tried the product yet. It's kind of silly, but I emailed them and asked that they send the sample so that I can try the product and THEN I will fill out their survey honestly. Hope they send it.
