    Does anyone know if we are suppose to pay taxes on free stuff...I am new to this and I went to two different Walmarts...one charged me taxes and the other did not..This is so confusing and frustrating...

    Haven't used any fpc. But from what I have heard it depends on the wording on the coupon. Some say customers responsible for tax and some don't. It will also depend on the cashier at walmart. They are supposed to calculate the tax and remove that as well instead of $2coupon they would have to enter 2.26 coupon. At least thats my understanding, but there should be someone out there to help.

    You should not pay tax at all on Free products.

    There is a post around here somewhere about it.

    I have them ring in the free product first and give me a subtotal, and have them write that amount on the coupon...... I will see if i can find the post.

    Also in the policy it states that there is no tax on free items Hope that helps
