Hey fellow islanders!
I am SO excited that I have enough SDM points to get $250 free at the Mega Redemption! Just wondering if anyone else is redeeming?
What SDM are you finding has the best product selection? I was in the one by Canadian tire (charlottetown) last night, and it didn't seem to have alot as far as electronics goes....but it's still 2 more weeks, so who knows!
I will be ready........times a few....
Dont need electronics......not sure what the flyer will hold.....

Ohhh...I can't even imagine more than 1 redemption! I haven't been trying too hard to accumulate points...I did one redemption in June, but in the last 2 weeks accumulated enough for this big one :)
I am already planning to stock up enough points to do several next year :)
I don't **need** electronics, but did see a couple great little Christmas gifts for the kids, and will probably mostly stock up on groceries & necessities with maybe afew treats for me!
Have fun shopping, maybe I'll see you out there! (I just wish they had bigger carts for these days!)
I did my very first redemption last Christmas $250.....could hardly sleep the night before........didn't want to miss anything.....
Had to take my 20 yr old son with me to help load the cart........LOLOLOL
Do you ever go to the SDM downtown? I usually don't (I have a 2 & 4 year old) so it's not easy to drop in quickly there, but I was curious if they have any more selection for toys/gifts?
I'm planning to stop at each one in the days before :P I've officially caught the 'Optimum points bug' :P
Oh, and the not sleeping....that will Totally be me the night before!!

My friend wanted a Xbox with Kinect last weekend...got there 20 minutes early, and 20 people lined up outside. She got her's but was worried for a minute.
I asked today how much extra stock for electronics they get...she said not too much extra...pretty standard stock.
I think I might just go for groceries.
Selection way down from last year...not as many toys or electronics at any of the three SDM's.
I'm only really looking for 1 electronics item, and they have at least 4 in stock at each SDM I'm planning to shop at (and if for some reason, I don't get it, I am fine with that too!) I'm planning to be there at 8 am...not sure which one I'm hitting first, but I think I will go to the two bigger ones in Charlottetown (not downtown)
The only thing I REALLY want to get is a Leap Frog set for my 2 year old. Mostly the rest will be food items, household items, etc.

Oh, yes, I was quite happy with all my goodies. I could have been a bit more efficient with my shop, but overall happy with my goods!
I went to the one by Canadian Tire. They had the dsXL that I wanted. The only thing that was OOS was bacon:)
