If sample is written on the inside, you can still use the fronts with a little creativity. Cut off the fronts and glue onto white (or suitable color) card stock paper. Good way to re-use old cards too.

You can also buy some nice thick paper stock and cut a rectangle with some nice craft scissors, and glue it overtop of the words on the inside. Then you don't have to worry about cutting the card up, and you'll have a nice little colored rectangle to write your message in.
