Starting on December 3rd, 2011 you can enjoy free late-night skating at The Harbourfront Centre in Toronto. Every Saturday from 8:00pm-11:00pm.

I live across the street from Harbourfront Centre and can't bear to think about how cold it's going to be to skate on the waterfront at night :S lol
