Yellow Pages Phone Directory 2011

Are you getting your new phone directories? Still have not received one out in the west end. Someone did tell me that at one hospital two weeks ago, staff had new directories in their hands.

Today, a phone call was received and the question was if the directory was received. No.

It's nice of you to offer me your directory! I think I'll have to contact YPG anyways. Last year, a Spec writer had indicated that if a resident did not get the big Hamilton directory but only the smaller Dundas YP directory, a call would get the large one sent out too at N/C.
Usually by this time, the cheery yellow books are arriving in the neighbourhood and I know that contractors are used for delivery (or hired through ads placed on the Job Bank).

I still don't know who called the residence today.
