It seems like there has been a slow run for coupons at stores these days. The only one I saw was .50 Balea Shampoo/Conditioners. If anyone would like to trade...I have a few extras or if anyone has found some good ones lately!

I'd like to know the same thing... I live in Orleans. Started using coupons last Jan/Feb and there was tons of coupons everywhere, practically full all the time. And now... you're lucky to walk out with 1 or 2 new coupons and the tearpads are empty kinda sucks... but what can you do. We used to go 'coupon hunting' but now we can hardly find any new coupons... in stores like Sobeys, Metro, Food Basics (they dont seem to carry much anymore either), Shoppers, Freshco.... Let me know if you have any luck anywhere else... but in Orleans, they're hard to find nowadays!

I think there's just a lull in available coupons at the moment. It happens every summer, but it might be a December thing too because a lot of coupons are expiring at the end of the year. I haven't noticed it in the past at this time, but I'm always busy trying to use up the ones that are about to expire.

I did find a motrin 3.00 coupon at SDM with a February expiry and a Bertolli coupon that had a 1.00 off with a Dec expiry and a January expiry...

Metro and IGA (QC side) have been OK, but the rest has been disappointing, particularly on the Ottawa side.

$1 Trésemmé and $1 Naturegg (booklet) ones at Food Basics yesterday.

SDM obviously just put out SmartSource coupons for Tylenol, Benylin, and one other, but the entire pad was gone in less than a day (I'd been there the day before and then had to come back and return something). They had the $0.50 on Baléa shampoo/conditioner, and there was a Poise one for incontinence pads. Overall, kinda grim.

I've noticed the lull too. Found the $1 wub 4 Campbells and today a $1 off Lactantia lactose free cream. That's pretty much it though . . .

I did find 2.00 off visible care dove body wash at SDM the other day. If anyone wants some let me know!

Went on a coupon jaunt today on my lunch (I am trying to find those VH booklets - my kids LOVE the Indian sauces...but no luck for me) and saw a few new (to me) coupons:
$1.50 peelie on So Good Soy beverages toward a Booster Juice (Food Basics)
$0.75 WUB1 Smuckers SimpleBlends (Metro) and a tonne of VH steamers (previously mentioned).

If anyone has any of those VH booklets to trade, I would definitely be interested!!

Coupons all at QC Metro today:
    - $0.50 WUB1 Goldfish Grahams by Pepperidge Farms exp. 28 Feb 2012
    - $1.00 WUB1 any Kashi Cereal product exp. 30 Jun 2012
    - $0.75 WUB1 Heinz Chili or Seafood sauce exp. 28 Feb 2012
    - $0.75 WUB1 Pam product exp. 30 Jun 2012
    - $1 WUB4 Campbells soup exp. 31 Mar 2012
    - $0.50 WUB any Clover Leaf Tuna Salad Kit exp. 31 Dec 2012
    - $0.75 WUB any 1L Natrel Organic milk

They seemed to be rolling out a bunch of displays, all with full pads of coupons attached. There was also a VH booklet display that was empty, but a few had fallen into the shelves so I got a pair finally (plus a few more coming via trades!)

At the Montée Paiement IGA yesterday they had obviously put out a new shipment of coupons, as each pad holder had 3-4 pads of coupons on it, sometimes multiple stands per aisle.

$1 Amooza, $0.75 Kozy Shack, $0,75 Uncle Ben's Bistro Express, a B2GO Whiskas wet (the pouches or trays, not cans), $1 Lipton Tea (with the new superfruit flavours on it, but good on all Lipton teas...), $1 Nestea on 12-can packs, and $1 McCain Harvest Splendor Medleys.

Apologies, I don't have them with me to note the expiries, but none were earlier than the end of April. All were French, aside from the Nestea which were printed bilingual.
