I know there have been numerous Neilmed promotions posted - but I'm fairly sure this one is different/new.

"Like" NeilMed's Facebook page, and then click the "Sinus Rinse" tab in the left sidebar to request a FREE sinus rinse bottle kit. I chose the "Allergy Sufferers Click Here" box because I have allergies. (other options include cystic fibrosis, and asthma, ~ although scuba divers, and Sjogren's syndrome are listed it doesn't look like they lead to sample surveys)

I had to bug them about the pot for a few months. Finally received it yesterday. So will probably have to bug again with this. Not sure why this company puts out free offers but does not fulfill them.
