hi, not sure what you are looking for but my advise is get someone who cleans privately then that way you can get to know the person also ask for any references. Yes a large company like molly maid, etc may have insurance but they have bad employee turn over because employee's don't get paid very well, also I believe there's a greater chance of theft with the company. This is my advise I used to clean for a company & then I went private
