She said that they will mail them out right a way also gave me a new ref #.
I requested the Aveeno coupons,guys maybe try again and good luck!

i just called and they are sending my coupons out right away they said...plus go to the livingwell.ca/coupons and print as many as u like...
Has anyone seen the coupons on Livingwell yet?
I had previously called twice this past week and was directed to livingwell.ca by two different reps. Just called now for the third time, but specifically asked for Aveeno coupons (since those aren't on livingwell.ca) and they are now in the mail :)
So for anyone that's been given the run-around, especially if you're looking for products whose coupons aren't on livingwell yet (like Aveeno, J&J Baby products etc.), try calling again and asking for the specific coupons instead of saying "I'd like to order coupons" (that's what I asked for the first two times).
what number to call for monthly coupons in canada? I called teh number on the customer care on avennobaby and was redirected to the living well website for coupons. can somebody please post the number to call and explain how I shud ask for coupons ? please am a new mom and would love to get coupons for j nj. pls help.
J&J # for coupons: 1-866-565-2229 They are always very nice and sent coupon within 7-8 days.Quote:

i got my coupons i requested...took about 2 weeks
I got my coupons that I requested this January 2012:) They still send, just depends on the rep that you speak with...
I just email them every month and have never had an issue.
Received my coupons today - one $2 J&J and one $3 Aveeno. Is this what everyone else is getting?
I emailed them on Monday asking if they still had the new parents pack of coupon, and received an email from them today saying it was in the mail along with my FPC
I just emailed them asking for a new parent pack and some aveeno coupons. i said how we loved their aveeno diaper rash cream and wanted to use it for our new baby too. I hope I get a good response back.
they just told me the same thing...
Well let's keep our fingers crossed that they keep their word of getting the printables on livingwell... I am willing to trade printables if you don't have a printer.
So, to clarify, J&J are still able to mail the monthly baby coupons, but no others? Is that right?
