J&J no longer sending out coupons beginning 2012?

Hi all,

I just called the J&J Canada phone number today to request my monthly coupons and the lady on the phone told me that they are no longer sending out coupons at all :(

She directed me to livingwell.ca and said that's what they are telling everyone that calls requesting coupons...which kind of sucks since there aren't always coupons on livingwell for the exact J&J brand you want.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this too and can confirm if this is in fact correct?

I love J&J for these coupons, especially since Aveeno really helps DD's skin and it's expensive, and it's sad if it is true that they're not sending out coupons anymore...

yup i got the same thing i just called right now and they directed me to livingwell and told me that i have to print out my coupons that sucks i dont have a printer!

On the plus side, the lady I talked to said they change the coupons frequently, and they're often for higher amounts than the ones they mailed. Plus, you can print an unlimited number of them! She made it sound like heaven on earth the way she described it! So I'm optimistic...

I phoned Jan 3rd and got my monthly coupon with no problem.. got them in the mail today. It would really suck if they are no longer sending out coupons... I am fortunate to have a printer but the ink is pricey and there are no coupons for them!!

And I haven't seen any J&J on livingwell!!!! I would call back and see what another rep says :/

coupons are still available. i emailed them last week and got a confirmation email today that they just sent me the coupons i requested.

most stores dont except printed coupons... This is too bad:(

I called again today and another rep told me the same thing....maybe not all the reps have gotten the 'memo' yet ^^;

When you say J&J, are you including the baby products as well? I've always called about that so I was wondering if they weren't included?

I phoned too, I got my monthly johnson baby coupon, but for the rest, she said go on livingwell

no They are doing the same thing as platex I have not called yet but will do tommorrow probably get the same thing :(

I called today and they said to look in your emails as the monthly coupons may not be listed on LivingWell's website. Lady was nice though and still sent me some coupons :)

Sucks Playtex isn't doing mail outs anymore.. they refer everyone to Mommyville but I've never seen any coupons yet on there :shrug:
