So wait, now that EC is available in French things are going to continue to spiral out of hand.It used to be the occasionally peelie missing from a product but now people are going to start getting out of hand? Hopefully when they realize all the rules of couponing (i.e. stacking isn't allowed in this province), things might calm down. Or is that wishful thinking?

I didn't have anything attached to my bag
I got it straight from the delivery guy and there's no indication there was even a coupon on it (straight seal). Maybe it wasn't issued for my area? I don't know
