How to make my ear 'pop'

I have a cold, and my ear keeps 'popping' but keels going , to what I feel plugged. I had my ENT appointment last month, and he said my ears are clean as a whistle.

Anyone know how I can make my ears 'pop' so I can hear proper?! I'm going insane here! LOL.

I've tried drinking quickly, big gulps, coughing, pinching my nose and coughing.

Plug your nose with your hands and try to blow out your nose, hard.... It will pop your ears

Ouch, that hurt my eyes! Lol...
It worked but its not fully popped yet

You can repeat it as you need it. Sometimes it takes me a few tries.

It popped while I choked on a broccoli at dinner. Go figures.

I had a awful ear infection in both ears last month. My hearing was almost completly gone for a week and a half cause they were so plugged. The only thing that worked for me was giving them time, then they unpluged by themselves.
