I thought I'd post this for those looking to stack at SOF on Blanshard. I went today and was not able to stack anything. She said they will not stack any coupon that reads: "Coupons/offer not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discounts." She double checked that with customer service. She said that companies are complaining so they had to change their policy. Too bad I stayed up until 12:30pm last night preparing for my shop and drove all the way to Victoria.

I stacked today at SOF .... two products only and only 1 of each ... no problem at all. I used other coupons too .... the only thing the cashier said no to was the Knorr Broth - SOF had it on for B1G1 free ... and I thought if I bought 4 I could use the manufacturer B3G1 free .... but she said no coupons with B1G1s ( it would have meant buying 1 and getting 3 free) ..... that was fine though - still a good price.
I believe that if we try to go in and buy a whole bunch and stack to get them free - they will close down the stacking completely which is what LD is starting to do if you read the other thread on it. Lets try and stay onside with it to not push them to close it down.

i stacked yesterday, i had a minor issue with my catfood stack, and they would not let me stack and use a bogo (was buying cheese strings they would not let me do a 1.50 stack on the cheese strings then use the BOGO coupon) had no issues with my Vanhoutte, a cashier mentioned they got a memo coming down saying they wern't paying attention to the wording and to look and read them carefully and no stacking on ones that say do not combine with any other coupon offer specifically mentioning the PG coupons being non-stackable.. i DO think it does vary cashier to cashier not all interpret coupons the same way BUT i do see them cracking down on couponing

Has anyone used the Pam stack and then the $2 off eggs WUB Pam coup at the same time?
I did 1 of the Van Houtte stacks today too as SOF (1 or 2 of an item doesn't seem to be a big issue) - but I notice the Co-Op has the VanHoutte beans (isn't one of the coups good on the beans?) and they have way more selection of the various coffees that VanHoutte offers.
Co-op today also had the campbells coups B4 Save $1 (any campbells) ... I know it's been out for a while but the tear pads disappear so fast. I took 4 and there was a whole book left....

I just noticed the typo in my title.oops. I was trying to stack Finish and Scrubbing Bubbles. 5 of the Finish Quantum and 3 of the Scrubbing Bubbles but I had a B1G1 so I was going to get 6 so not excessive by no means. I guess it depends on the cashier you get but she even called customer service. Oh well better luck next time.

If you've been reading the LD stacking thread regarding scrubbing bubbles and finish specifically but also Dove and Aveeno and a couple of others - the manufacturers have prohibited LD from allowing their coupons to be stacked ... so I imagine that they would have prohibited SOF also - one coupon per product. None of the B1G1 coupons seem to be stackable with other $ off coupons anymore either ..... We don't want the retailers to be left in the lurge and not be reimbursed for the coupons so the point is to buy for personal use only .... if the manufacturers wanted us to buy their products for free to donate them - they would do that themselves with a lot bigger rebate to them for the charitable donation.

This was not for donation dahliagower, it was for my own personal use. I am not abusing the use of coupons. I had heard about Finish and Scrubbing Bubbles but the cashier at SOF did not mention specific products, she said it is for all coupons that have that wording.

I wasn't questioning your intent - just stating that the clamp down on certain coupons is more likely a sign that that was never the manufacturers intention to have ppl get their products for free - and in big quantities. If it had been free - but in small quantities it could probably have continued to go under the radar.
When I was in SOF a couple of weeks ago the person I had at the check-out was their "operation manager" - super nice with me on the couple of stacks and FPCs that I had .... but he did mention about a group of women that had come in together - before xmas to buy for "donations" and how it took a lot of their time to get them through the check out and handle all of the coupons. Somehow that made an impression on them - and I don't know that it was that favourable.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like stacking at Save On Foods is officially dead. I was there today doing a small shop and was told that they couldn't accept my stacks - even though they didn't have any wording about not being combined with any other coupon. I then went to customer service to clarify and spoke to both the Front End Manager Dean and the Operations Manager Dave (both happened to be there). Save On Foods is no longer stacking ANYTHING that has ANY wording that could be taken as they aren't supposed to stack it. They are very gunshy and they are erring on the side of EXTREME caution. I clarified all of the different wordings that I've seen on coupons and they even said that coupons that have the most basic Limit one coupon per purchase aren't stackable, let alone any that say cannot be combined with any other offer, or cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion etc. So basically there is NO stacking at Save On Foods anymore as of last week when the rule came down the pipe (even though they said that they technically allow stacking still just as long as the coupon terms allows, but the reality is that 99% of coupons have at least "one coupon per purchase" on it).
