Are the $1 puffs excluding the single boxes?? I need Kleenex and it's great if I can get if for free! lol

I bought some in Victoria. Coupon says "excludes packs" I have a small travel size one that I keep in my purse. To me that is the "pack" and not single box. Guess it will depend on someones interpretation.
