Double coupon Day in Mill bay

Someone on my facebook "Cowichan Valley deals" has posted that pharmasave in Mill bay will be having a double coupon day Jan 27/28. She said it will be in their flyer.

I went down to check out the prices, EXPENSIVE!
I checked out prices for everything I had coupons for ( I was in there for over an hour and a half, writing down prices) I have a lot of coupons and I found 2 -4 that I would use.

Everything is cheaper at Walmart using one coupon. I'm hoping they have some sales in the next flyer, or it may not pay for my gas to go there and back from Duncan.

Bags of diapers are the usual $19-$22 per bag at Pharmasave. So they would be a good deal if you have the $10 off coupons doubled.

The Esquimalt Pharmasave has 15% off regular priced items on the last Wednesday of every month. Combined with coupons that could be better than double coupon day. Not sure about other locations though.

I heard that Pharmasave was having it here in Nanaimo on Monday and in Mill Bay either this weekend or on Monday. So, I called both locations - the Nanaimo (Westhills location) said she hadn't heard anything about it.....so I'll call back on Monday but doesn't look promising. Mill Bay said that they talked about it but because they didn't advertise it in their flyer they aren't doing it - maybe next week. Too bad as there are some great sales in this flyer and the double coupons would mean even better.
