What's the one food you made your kids that they hated and won't let you forget it? For me it's banana wrap. I had a whole wheat wrap, spread with Nutella and rolled up a banana. Apparently that's completely weird and weird. I thought it would be a good combination. They like all those things separately. What about you?

My kids will eat just about anything. Veggies galore. They love spinach and broccoli and cauliflower. But even they will not eat a banana and nutella in a wrap. They couldn't believe I even suggested such a thing when I made them try it. Glad to know it's not just mine.

Anything that looks like a vegetable is immediately declared to be "gross" and "yucky" and therefore unfit for consumption (unless it is corn or mushrooms, which are acceptable). Sometimes my 4 year old son acts like I'm trying to kill him because I dared to include a vegetable in his food lol
I've never tried Nutella and banana in a wrap, but my kids love PB & banana sandwiches...My Family from WiddlyTinks.com

My son 'suddenly' at about school age would not eat dressing/stuffing anymore. Before that he would have it at home, at homes of family members, weddings, etc., with no problem. But then, no more. Said the thought of it, smell of it, taste of it just grossed him out - and that's been for years now...
He was an adventurous eater from the beginning - all types of veggies, fruits, foods of all kinds - so he's been amazing!
Yeah, he was the kid who got bugged at school when they were asked his favourite vegetable and he'd say eggplant and asparagus, lol!

My five year old DS has never eaten stuffing, will barely try a bit of it.
He does however love broccoli, carrots, peas, cucumbers, corn, and recently green peppers, so I don't complain. He likes spinach in a salad, but not if I call it spinach, only if it's lettuce. If I add mushrooms, or especially onions to something, I'm surely trying to poison him.
I made all his babyfood, and in those days, the only thing he ever spat back out at me was avacado. Can't say I blame him, I have an aversion to green slimy foods myself! He used to love sweet potato too, was one of his first foods, but he won't touch it now.
A combo he likes - a whole wheat wrap spread with cream cheese, salsa, sprinkled with shredded cheddar and rolled up, I cut it into slices, always a big hit.$815 in Amazon GCs and counting!
