    It's free. I have got my free certificate by mail. What I did is clicked to the given link and registered. Sent email to info@bargaintimes.net with my details and within 2 days I got my certificate. It's a true saving.

    I did it and I am getting a certificate in the mail - I think it has gone viral now they are getting bombed and have upped the ante - they just told me to post when I can earlier now they are saying you have to have 100 posts which is lower than the 500 originally requested - I have done none so far but apparently its on the way - from my email
