Online survey took me 5mins to complete and I was emailed an e certificate for Fude restaurant for $27 entree!!

I just filled out the survey and received my gift certificate for a $29 entrée. I haven't tried out this restaurant before so I am looking forward to this. Thank you very much wendyjane!!!

Same thing happened to me...So I did the survey with my boyfriends email and it came within a min.
