I always check this site before I go to the States, http://printable-coupons.blogspot.com/, Mommy$avesBig printable coupons for all the stores. Also, depending on where you are going I check the the shopping mall for in store promotions. Ex. Carousel Mall in Syracuse, is having a lot of sales this week-end, check the Sales & Promotion tab. If you go to Macy's ask any sales associates for the International Pass, I used to get an additional 15% off but I believe you get 11% now. (you have to show your drivers license but you get to use the pass for 2 days).
If you go to the St. Lawrence Mall in Massena, if you spend $100, you get a token for the bridge.
Hope this helps..

I know that you can go to the Price Chopper website and look up your local store in the U.S. and see what is on sale. Also, if you are in the south, Winn Dixie has a very favourable sales policy for account holders, so it is worth signing up, and Macy's has substantial coupon discounts in Sunday's paper...either 15 per cent off, or $10 or more off.

www.smartsource.com www.coupons.com www.redplum.com printable coupon sites.
Walgreens pharmacy always has a bunch of good sales to match coupons up with. They also have an in store coupon booklet and you can use your own MF coupon on top of an in store coupon. And just a little FYI...you can NOT stack in the states. I keep seeing people say this but you can't. The ONLY thing close to stacking you can do is to use a in store coupon AND a MF coupon. Which we can do up here as well at certain stores. Also www.target.com has printable coupons for Target stores. You can use a target coupon and a MF if allowed. Some stores will some won't. It all depends on the wording on the coupon as well.
Always look for the bigger city newspapers if your wanting to get inserts. The smaller city/town papers will only have a few. Where as the bigger city ones usually have 3-4 more per paper then the smaller ones.
Have fun!

Walmart doesn't always put out a flyer. Could be why there is no match up.
I get free payapl & amazon giftcards with Superpoints:
