The Vancouver Prize consists of return (economy class) airfare departing from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) for three (3) people, three (3) nights hotel accommodation (determined by Sony Music in its sole discretion) in Toronto (based on one room, two double beds), three (3) tickets to see the musical group“One Direction” live in concert (the “Concert”) at The Air Canada Centre on February 26, 2012, ground transportation to and from the hotel to and from the Concert, three (3) tickets or passes to attend a meet and greet with One Direction and $500 spending money. The approximate retail value of the Vancouver Prize is CDN$4,500.


The Montreal Prize consists of: return (economy class) airfare departing from Montreal Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) for three (3) people, three (3) nights hotel accommodation (determined by Sony Music in its sole discretion) in Toronto (based on one room, two double beds), three (3) tickets to the Concert, ground transportation to and from the hotel to and from the Concert, three (3) tickets or passes to attend a meet and greet with One Direction and $500 spending money. The approximate retail value of the Montreal Prize is CDN$3,000.


The Toronto Prize consists of three (3) tickets to the Concert, ground transportation to and from the winner’s residence to and from the Concert (only if the winner’s residence is located within 35 Kms of the Concert venue) and three (3) tickets or passes to attend a meet and greet with One Direction. The approximate retail value of the Toronto Prize is CDN$1,000
