Safeway in-store coupon + manufacturer coupons allowed?

Just wondering if anyone can confirm or has tried using a Safeway in-store coupon (or email coupon) plus a manufacturer's coupon?

There's a rumour floating out there that this is a 'new' policy and is being implemented. Would love to know if this is true!!

I haven't tried this; however, if this is true that would be great. Safeway's prices are usually more expensive.

I did saturday. Used their facebook pampers coupon with the p& g coupon. Apparently it may vary by store though.

I've used both at one store and then another time a different store didn't take them.

You should be able to. I talked to a manager about it a couple months ago.

I think I read on their Facebook page a while back that they were going to update their coupon policy so that we could use both!!
