well im going to go for a walk up to my local grocery stores to see what i can find i can sit in my house 4 a another day ,,, i cant let the buses get me down or affect my couponing ..... have a great day

1.00 new harvest splendour medleys veg or potatoes , 1.00 amooza twists,.75 uncle bens bistro express rice,2.00 healthy look cream gloss color 4 the hair,2.00 dove go fresh body wash,3.00 any adult Tylenol complete cold cough ans flu products and found 3 redplum flyers on the street. Id say that was a good day shoppers drug on herring cove rd has 3 carts up front with various products in there Gillette la coup hair care it was 4.00 or so though..i i did not take the time to look had but idf someone was going there for something they might want to look ,, just thought i would mention it
