I feel ripped off on this one, first, the candle was seriously over priced, and I didn't like the scent mixed with the scent of burning wax, but my rebate was rejected. The letter stated that i didn't submit the receipt with the upc written on the back...and in that split second I thought oh no! I messed up, but flipped over the receipt and sure enough, I HAD written it on the back, and certainly large enough for anyone to see if they had bothered to actually look. Additionally I bought the starter kit (scented oil), I did get the rebate for that but it leaked, dripped down the wall and bubbled the paint- hardly worth the rebate, I'll stick with febreeze in the future, fewer headaches

oh no! so sorry to hear of your rebates gone wrong story, especially the one that ruined your wall. Maybe you could call Air Wick to explain about the upc being on the back...I wonder why the person processing it didn't check...it's a two second flip of the wrist?

Got a letter from the rebate company (no ph# indicated) rejecting my submission as there wasn't a date on the receipt??? I bought it at SDM??? And of course, they don't include the receipt with the rejection letter.
I emailed them explaining....hoping to hear back from them.
