    normally I would just let it go and not contact them, but after being on this GREAT site and reading how others contact different companies for different things I gave it a try and WOW they surprised me!! I love my steamer

    Fisher Price sent me a brand new swing about 15 years ago. I phoned them (with my baby crying in the background) needing one small piece to fix my FP swing. They mailed me a whole new swing and I had to send them the original seat. Gotta love them to this day!!

    No it doesn't. Not sure what make me ask because it's not me to do so,
    after being as SC's I have learn so much and was thinking hey all they can say is they don't have it any more or this is how much it will cost...was NOT thinking I would find it and for FREE
