i haven't had issues using coupons, they just dont look very fondly at me when i pull them out.

I know I will personally never shop there again, I will however still make rounds in there to look for coupons. I welcome the opportunity for them to say something to me about it. Because I guarantee if some one were to try to rip coupons out of me or my hubby's hands they would get a very different reaction then what my sister's

If it had of happened to me I would have ripped them right back out of her and they would likely be banning me from the store

WOAH! That made me absolutely furious just reading it. My heartbeat is still pounding I got so angry! There must be a manager above the manager that told them to leave the store... I would definitely go higher up!

Wow, I am just in shock reading your story and even so realizing it's right in my city. I have never been to that Metro before (and now I know to completely avoid it) but that was just one horrible rude treatment there! I agree with everyone else about complaining to everyone, no one should be treated that way. For the heck of it, I think we should all go to this specific Metro together and look for coupons and give them a piece of our minds.

That is really disappointing.

I'm crossing my fingers that an internal investigation has been opened, and that they are still speaking to different people from the vendor and that store - and that is why it is taking so long for them to reply to you.

I really hope they step up and do the right thing for you.

I guess this store manager doesn't mind loosing business because if a store manager treated me that way it would be the last time I ever shoped there. I think your sister should complain to Metro's Head Office.

I don't see many reps and when I have the coupons are not within reach. They hand me one and that's it.
I've seen a rep do a a cpl different products at walmart (older lady and y).Reps should be nicer.

That is physical and verbal assault, I would have reported it t the police as well. Tomorrow morning I will be calling delmonte about this abusive attack and letting them know I will not be buying their product until they rectify this situation.
