Does anyone know Rona's coupon policy? Has anyone ever used coupons at Rona?

They sure do take coupons - I've gotten Windex there for cheap and you get Air Miles on top of your purchases.

Well then I need to take some time and call head office.
I wanted to buy something that was on sale and use a coupon on it...well 3 cashiers and a manager later I was told that I can use the coupon only if I pay full price on the product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With the growing popularity of coupons now-a-days it drives me CRAZY that stores do not educate their cashiers!Last edited by Doodles; Tue, Feb 7th, 2012 at 08:15 AM.

Just got off the phone with head office. The guy I spoke to was CLUELESS! Talked out his AS$ and made no sense. Then I called the store and spoke to a manager....he was a little more educated on how coupons work and told me to come back today and I would be able to use my coupons on the sale product with no issues!
Its such a shame us couponers know more about store policies then the actual stores do!

I don't get the sense behind people thinking it makes sense that you should not use a coupon with sale items, it is very baffling to me that cashiers think this way
