OMG I ran out of TP

I am away for work this week but before I left we a a major family near disaster. We ran out of TP !!!

Well I am still new to the SC world and I haven't been able to stockpile the TP

But as my son informed me on Sunday he placed the last roll on the edge of the bath tub because placing it on the roll would be too hard!!

I had a mild panic attack as I was leaving for work for most of the week first thing and have been meaning to read all the threads on TP so I can start looking for a good deal. But I was in a pinch and out of time. I scoured the adds and my coupons and found the best deal was a non coupon sale on cashmere at walmart. It was so against everything I could think of not to buy TP with put a coupon, but I have to give a great big thank you to all you great SCers and your wonderful brags I grabed my coupon book and headed out. My goal was to get the TP with overages.

First I found the end of isle display on hair die it was on the shelf for 14.99 but I new many of you had found it scanned for $1 so with fingers crossed I walked up to the self scan and bing!! $1 yeah I had two $5 coupons up $8 bucks and my first TP free yeah family saved next I found the charming seat covers this was my third time looking for them so thank you to who ever said they were in the travel size area because I looked for them in the TP isle lol. So 30 later another 10 and more TP

I walked out with enough change to get Tims on my way in the morning and free TP normally 18.99 each.

I feel great and all you amazing ladies deserve a big thank you from my family. Now if I could get one of my three teenage boys to put it o. The roll we would be miles ahead

On another great note we have a sobeys next to WM and I poped In to get pistachios ( trip snack for 1.50 with coupon) and took a quick run around the isles and found 4 different types of food coupons which are really hard to find so do a little coupon dance In The isle plus I helped two ladies and passed on some to good coupons and they were so excited!!!

What a great brag. I love hearing stories like this. Where you needed one item but found away with overages from another to get it for free or really cheap.
I needed children's tylenol the other day but am on a tight budget this month. So I thought what can I do to get it free. So no hair dye but Charmin toilet seat covers and I was set. Free Tylenol for me that day too.

Really great job. And those bad teenage boys Really can't put the toiletpaper on the roll. Good Grief. LOL

Found the Nice and Easy double pink pack hair dye for $1.00 at Camrose Wal-mart. I got 15 bottles of French's mustard for free using my $1.00 off coupon . And I rained-checked my Catelli pastas.

I've been to three different WM's so far and haven't found any of the hair dye deals which really made me I would be donating it anyways since I don't dye my hair. I can't because I donate it to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths every year or two. But it would of been nice to have the overage to help with my groceries and the free hair dye to give to the womens shelter not even a five minute walk down the street.
