Im becoming really great at scouting out deals, getting products free or for little and love couponing....might be an addiction to saving

I'd join that support group for sure CA Coupons Anonymous although I think it would actually create a growing problem because at meetings we'd all be swapping deals and coupons.

Shopping does release Dopamine, which is a feel good chemical. So it is for sure addictive. When we shop with coupons, and get things free or little cost, at least it isn't followed by guilt
