Millwoods Train

Hi everyone,
I was wondering I started one would there be people interested. If I started one, then I would like to keep it to 5 people in the Millwoods area.
Preferred to drop off the envelope instead of mailing it.

rules would be:
Don't add coupons that are expiring within 30 days of you receiving the envelope,
If u take a coupon replace it with one of yours..if you take 10 replace 10..no printouts and no replacing with ones about to expire.
You can add soon to be expiring coupons, but the don't count toward the total you take out that are not expiring soon.
Can keep enveolpe for 24hrs then it should be delivered to the next person so we can keep a timeline. Should leave a message on the thread if you dropped off or received it so everyone can track the progress.
If your adding a FPC, then only replace with FPC.
Not sure what else to add to the rules. My first train.
One stamp to ride, of FPC, or whatever you think is worth the ride. Please put it in a separate envelope with your name on it. I will rate everyone after I get rated.
Well I hope that sound straight forward. Let's see who would like to ride my train!
