Yesterday, I beat "The Man".:glasses7:
For two years, I have been fighting with a national Canadian company where I worked part time. They treated me and others like dirt. Others gave in. I fought. Sorry, can't give much details.
Yesterday, I won. I got the $$ owed to me. :headbang:
Like a Smart Canuck, I told “The Man” to deposit the $$ in my RRSP. They said nobody did that. I told them I don’t care because I read the fine print and that a legit option – “Make it so”. :smartass:Got an e-mail this morning that payroll has completed the transaction.
Before meeting with “The Man”, scared as I was, I spotted a church nearby (not my church). Door was locked, but two men were working inside. I asked for 5 minutes to pray at the altar.
After I won against “The Man”, went back to the church to thank the two men. :angel11: One said, “Did you get it in writing?” Of course I did. I gave an offering to the church.
Lesson to self – fight the good fight. It may be painful, but what is worth it doesn’t come easily sometimes. If little David could go against giant Goliath with 5 stones and win, so can I. :icon_sunny:
Booyah!!!!!:occasion16:
