    It was wrapped around an exclusive styling tips booklet.
    The New Dove Style + Care consists of Dry Shampoo, Hairspray, mousse, and cream and serum and it is white and neon pink (my fav)

    I saw a whole bunch of those styling tips booklets at my WM. I thought a coupon would be inside but didn't find any. I didn't know it was supposed to be wrapped around it because there were none on!

    I saw 5 bundles of these booklets at Walmart. Not even one booklet had the coupon wrapped around it.

    same here and the booklets were thrown all over the shelf. Very sad to see that happen, and the coupons were gone i guess as i didnt know there were coupons with them neither til you mentioned it.
