Need a new lampshade for a table lamp. I have searched on craigslist and kijiji for the past few weeks as well as checked out local Salvation Army and Value Village to no avail.
I'm in downtown Toronto. Anyone know of a vintage/thrift store I can check? Or any other suggestions?
I'm not looking for anything grande....just want to spend about $10-20.This thread is currently associated with: Value Village

Art Home (Yonge south of Yorkville) has a going out of business sale. I saw table lamps there, brand new with the light and cord for $3. Vintage/Shabby Chic style. If I needed new lamps, I'd get a pair at that price. Otherwise you can get a new shade at Ikea for your budget, just not as vintage looking.

there is a store that is on lawrence & midland. its under the bridge they are a store that seems to sell off alot of items that they get from hotels and clearance places.
I see tons of lamps in thier store window. I personally got my floor lamp at a place like this for under $15. wish at the time I'd known we had a store in scarborough because i drove all the way to the other side of the city to visit a different store.

Thanks for the suggestions. Since I don't have a car, I'll try Art Home.
