whats with the Dynasty spa's negative reviews?

I saw picketers today outside dynasty. i guess they have a F rating on the BBB web site?

has anyone dealt with these guys directly? i can't seem to find anything good to say online but no real detail as to why? I also saw a new's paper article a while ago on them as an old name in calgary or edmonton cant remember which one.

whats the deal? our board was in the market for a tub for our condominium and have since clenched up and held off.
