    first sobeys-

    20 various campbells soups (chicken noodle, cream of mushroom and tomato) .34 cents each after save $1 wub 4
    cavendish fries- $1 off coupon
    dempsters bagels $1 off coupon
    4l of compliments water

    it was 3.97 - wasnt on sale but havent had them in a while and had the overage

    the cheese at no frills was $3 for 300g block, not the small but not the large
