New P&G Mail in Rebate

Found this rebate coupon at Zehrs in the Coupon Zone. If you spend $40 on P&G brands (brands listed on back of coupon) and mail original receipt they will send you $10 in free samples and $20 in coupons. List of partici[pating styores on back. The top section says expiry March 9th and fine print says March 31st.

Do you think that we have to spend $40 after coupons or before?

Coley3: It says $20 in coupons back on rebate form (just not sure which products or amount for each product)
Saver/Spender: I know it is $40 before taxes not sure about coupons so I spent $45 and used $5 in coupons to be sure

Yes, it has to be all on the same receipt.

Also on the front page it shows you can do it at No Frills but on the official forms No Frills is not listed as a store

Looks interesting but I dont know if I can bring myself to buy another $40 worth of P&G things. i have so much in the house already!

Ugh! I purchased $40 in P&G products at Safeway this weekend and filled out my MIR and put it in the envie. I read through a few more posts and realized that Safeway isn't on the list of stores!!!! grrrrrrrrrr Good thing I hadn't put the stamp on the envie!

Do you think if I send it in there is a slight chance they would put it through or do you think I'd be wasting my stamp?
