My best friend who lives in England is a veggie and everytime she comes over here I have to be creative with my cooking! Her favourite recipe of mine is lazy man's perogie pie which she can never remember the name for so she ends up calling it boogaloo pie. It's basically lasagna noodles layered with cheese and mashed potatoes, another layer of lasagne noodles, cottage cheese and egg and garlic salt, another layer of lasagne noodles and onions sauteed in butter serve with sour cream.

I just found out, like right now, that Field Roast/Celebration Roast is now available in Canada!
It is sold at the following website; they are currently online but they are about to open a brick and mortar store in Montreal in January 2011 according to their FAQ section

Just bought my BBC Vegetarian Christmas Magazine - yay!!
Also made a vegan choclate cake this afternoon and it was great!
And finally when i was checking out magazines there was another from the uk called Vegetarian Living - they have a website too which has both vegan and vegetarian info and recipes(haven'T checked it out yet though!)
