old wool blankets and cattle troughs

I'm looking for a couple things and thought I'd see if any of the Thunder Bay couponers could help. I do upcycled crafts, making something new out of something old. I use a lot of old wool blankets, sweaters, scarves for felted wool. If you have anything at least 80% wool that's headed for the trash (worn out, has a hole or it shrunk) I could use it. I'm also trying to find ideas for raised garden beds. I think old livestock troughs would work great. Probably the galvanized ones. Cement ones would be great but I probably couldn't move one lol. So if you know of someone disposing of old troughs, think of me! :) Thanks.
