I just came back from the Superstore to pick up a few things and KD was on display....for $2.19 per box

12 pk pepsi $6.99
2l pop $2.49

2 chicken breasts $12.47

Lifestyle cookies $3.99

Now I haven't been in a grocery store locally for about 6 weeks and I couldn't believe the prices in just that short time.

Eeeek! Those are rediculous prices. Could you imagine paying $2.19 for a box of Kraft Dinner, that's just laughable!

That is what is so nice about having a stockpile. You always have enough because you pick up multiples when it is on sale and you have coupons. I would never pay any of those prices, I think I would have to go without.

I know, right? BUT, how many of those tiny boxes do you need to feed your bunch? I only have four old enough to eat it and it took 3 of the 'smart' to feed them (their father did steal a little bowl too). Almost better off at the .60 sale they had on regular KD last weekend with a regular size package!

It takes 4 boxes to feed my kiddos... if me n Daddy aren't eating it. My kids don't like the smart stuff, they claim it tastes funny. I just took the last of it over to my FIL's... Personally, I think they just read the box and saw there was veggies in it....
