If I fill in the form, does that mean I will automatically receive a gift?

No. FidoSURPRISES are awarded on a first-come, first served-basis, it’s not a random draw, so timing is everything. If you’re one of the lucky ones to receive a FidoSURPRISES gift, we’ll send you an email with detailed instructions on how you can claim your gift.
How do I know if I am eligible to receive a FidoSURPRISES gift?

Should you be eligible to receive a FidoSURPRISES gift, you will be contacted by email. Instructions on how to claim your gift within a specified timeframe will be forwarded to you at the same time.
Should I be eligible to receive a FidoSURPRISES gift, how do I claim it?

To claim your gift, you have to follow the instructions in the email that you will receive. The specified timeframe to claim your gift ranges between 24 hours and seven (7) business days from the closing of the FidoSURPRISES, at the discretion of Fido. If you do not claim your gift as instructed and/or within the specified timeframe, you will forfeit the right to claim your gift.
If you are a minor, one of your parents or your legal guardian must accept the gift on your behalf.
