went to Zehrs at Big Bay Pt. & Yonge st. today and was told that I could not use a coupon with a product that had a 50%. Apparently because the coupon says cannot be combined with any other offer. Thoughts anyone?
I called CS too and they said the same thing. I have never run into this problem before.

Used a coupon for van hout coffee that was 50% off yesterday at that location yesterday and had no problem. Did you ask for the front end manager? I had a problem with a cashier last week regarding the true taste milk that was on for $1 and the dollar coupon and I asked for the manager. She told the cashier if the coupon was for the right product to put it thought

the manager from Health and beauty came up and told her not to accept it I used it on Van Houtte the night before too so I couldn't understand. I went to 2 Zehrs last night and had no issues using the coupons on 50% off items.

That IS weird. .. . .i've used coupons plenty of times with 50% off . . .no problem. I bet there was a memo circulating about it and only about 10% of the employees read it. That's probably why you're getting different reactions. . .
