I just got mine today, so it took about 5 weeks... I requested 2 of the samples and I got 2 of each

They apologized in the letter that came with the samples:
"I apologize for the fact that it has taken a while to get an answer to you, but we have received an overwhelming number of requests in the past two weeks which has slowed our normal rate of response"

I got two samples of each as well and the sample accompanied a nice note apologizing for taking so long because they were overwhelmed with so many responses. Looks like a company that follows through and is respectful for your input and patience Thanks for the great post
