I can't seem to figur this out and usually just take my chance. When do clothes starts going on sale when season changes? I would like to stock up for next year but never know when to shop at the right time. I would travel to Windsor or states if the price is right. Ex TCP goes as low as $1.99 but can never figure out when sales start. I assume sales coming up soon. Thanks
